Tuve una muy mala experiencia con la comunicación con la asistente/recepcionista del doctor (deberían de contar con personas más profesionales en esos puestos). Me dejó en visto al final, cuando le preguntaba por información que solo el doctor podía conocer ella prefería no pasarle mi mensaje, y sus respuestas fueron muy cortantes, sin tacto y sin ninguna intención de saber en qué más podía ayudarme. Espero que mejoren su forma de atender a las personas en el futuro ya que elegir un Dr. para cirugía no es una decisión que se tome fácilmente.
